I don?t want to sound like a sore loser, but Iggy gifted at least one offensive rebound to Draymond and was mysteriously left off the stat sheet after two makes by Durant on give ?n go?s. Usually you get the benefit of the doubt from the hometown scorekeepers, but just something to tuck away for future games. Assists are such a subjective stat, so you have to be careful not to get carried away with those, especially when going with overs on away players or unders on a guy at home. Certain scorekeepers in certain arenas can be skewed more to one direction or another when grading assists.
One big takeaway for me, and maybe it?s a bit of confirmation bias, but I was expecting Gordon to have a big series and I think he should continue to perform well moving forward. I didn?t post or play a prop on him, but he?s one to keep an eye on as the series continues.
I also think this is the best scoring output we are going to see from Draymond Green, so I?ll look to play unders on his point totals when offered.
