Losses come with this thing of ours but they are tougher to swallow when they were not fully your own. NBA doesn't seem like tough work for you bud. Here's to some more winners, wednesday and beyond.

I'm personally waiting for the DET/CHI number. It's going to determine if I take the day off or not.

i don't think the losses r on u........u put out the knowledge that u have in capping these games .....everybody discusses the different angles and possibilities for each game and at the end each person decides what game is a better bet for them........:)

Thanks pal...I'm actually not a big fan of the game. I know, shocker...It's 3rd on my list of major sports so it's work.
Yeah...here's to finishing strong...:toast:

early leans , gs/sat under. and sides on utah and chicago. will study and take in comments from all of you. my observation is san antonio as well as the celtics now what it takes for them to win championships ..defense !!!these teams will start tightening and gearing up for the playoffs.once they get their seed locked then they will back off , but for now these teams are going to tighten up the d. san antonio has not allowed more than 87 points in their las 5 games. gs avgs 102 on the road and 3 out of their last 5 road games they have scored right at 90 points. ...this would be a signature win for houston if they could beat utah in utah. utah has won the last 3 meetings at home. utah has spent the whole month of march on the road popping in three times 3-0 to continue their home court dominance.poss. play n under. there is alot of value in chicago at home right now..i'm still not impressed with detroit they had that little streak after the coaching change , but haven't been able to sustain without rip and others coming in and out they are unable to maintain the high level of quality to win day in and day out.Rose hit that rookie wall , but is back and probably the leading candidate for rookie of the year. Bulls aren't a bad team they play hard every day and thats all you can ask for. they have won 8 of their last 10 home games many against quality teams(boston, orlando, new orleans, denver,as well as detroit) when the line comes out it should be in the 4 max 5 point range.....just my two cents

Watched the last game when Houston was in Salt Lake - spread I believe was -8 for the Jazz; backdoor cover for the Rockets, losing by 7. Jazz never were able to pull away decisively for the win - Yao really struggling w/ the altitude in the latter part of the contest - Lowry just being integrated into the rotation/Brooks getting his feet wet having been handed the reins to run the team. Artest w/ a big game (25 points); Jazz resemble Celtics in that backdoor covers are a distinct possibility: see Pacers and Grizzlies (both yet again).

Rockets are now 16-4 since McGrady got shut down - they are capable of going on a great run (see last year's 22 straight win streak minus Yao). Fell behind big versus the Spurs last game out, but steadily clawed themselves back into the game and confidently took the lead, never looking like they didn't believe that that game was theirs for the taking. Would NOT be surprised if same happens here despite the Jazz's gaudy home record.

General thoughts -

Would favor the Pistons against the Bulls - Bulls and Pistons now both 7/8 in the Conference; Bulls really have no coaching advantage in Del Negro versus Curry - wherever Pistons end up, team at the top end of the conference standings that faces them will not be excited, especially if it's the Magic since Detroit has OWNED them this season.

Spurs: San Antonio in free fall - don't think this is how Poppovich envisioned the regular season to end heading into the playoffs. Needs to right the ship; Nelson's team once again demonstrated that DEFENSE is considered a personal trangression against the Hornets - looking for a concerted Spurs effort to secure a victory and boost morale, but Warriors are extremely athletic, which has been a thorn in the side of the methodical, aging Spurs all season.

Lakers toyed w/ the Thunder last 2 times they've played, allowing Oklahoma City to gather a head of steam only to come alive when they usually decide to do so (in the 4th) and close out the contest in their favor. No real sense of what happens here: Lakers win - Thunder cover, Thunder win outright, etc.

Definitely give you props for the call on Minnesota/Atlanta over last night - should be pointed out though that Murray goes approximately 19 points above his season average - he's the element that won't show up for every game and will undermine an U every once in a while - he did last night.

Could be a great time to fade what I've written given the sorry guesstimates last night.

Best of luck.

no changes to accuscore at 10:20am EST, no info on Det/Chi, first look at the card both in college and nba I see absolutely nothing, so I'm taking the day off today.

Rough day yesterday, got a little back with St Marys, still lost though, but it's first of the week and lots of action left for the week.

Mehmet Okur was hit in the right eye and had to leave Friday?s victory over Oklahoma City in the second quarter. Okur was experiencing double vision and said his first thought was of Phoenix?s Amare Stoudemire, out for the season with a partially detached retina. But Okur checked out fine and was encouraged that he would be better within a couple of days. The Jazz have not said whether or not Okur will play Tuesday against Houston.

my guess is that he will play........if someone has anything on this spit it out.......:)

Good Morning Ax and panel

chi -5
det o/u 191

on that note it seems hamilton and sheed are both expected NOT to play
hamilton seems possible but unlikely
anyone thoughts on this?
bulls playing really good ball lately esp at home
but i think many feel det is overdue for a win or atleast to cover after their recent disappointments
still unsure on where to lean for this
thinkin the over might be ok tho

rasheed is out till about thursday.......if hamilton plays he will come off the bench......

Rasheed Wallace had tests done on his left calf strain Saturday and everything went well. He will miss the Bulls game but might be healthy enough to play against the Los Angeles Lakers Thursday.

No man this doesn't sound weird against a gut feeling there is nothing against to do :D
I also didn't fall in love with this games but just thought to share the info maybe I will fall in love :D

I already got my number @ CHI so I think for today it is enough, maybe LAL @ OKL if the line climbs up to 209
