Monday Madness 3/11

I can't figure this line out, started at 137 now at 134, most of the money is on the Over, yet it's going down. Both games this year between these 2 teams there were 155 and 171 points scored, it's at a neutral site and it's a 7 seed vs a 3 seed!! Commerce game yesterday had 133 points vs NW La.
