Wisconsin/ODU over 127: Getting some line value because of Wisky's reputation for slowdown games. But, they can score and so can ODU.

Iowa/Kentucky under 134: Both teams playing solid defense so far. Kentucky's size may force a slower game.

Detroit/Oklahoma St. over 131: I'll keep riding the over with the Titans and Brandon Cotton. This game should be in the high 60's.

Ohio St. -14 over Butler: Too many athletes return for the Buckeyes. Matta may have some sympathy for his alma mater, but I doubt it.

BC/Buffalo under 150: I'm not sure where these points are supposed to come from. This line should be around 140.

Northern Iowa -2 over WMU: I'm guessing this WMU team will make a better effort than their football counterparts but it still won't be enough to handle UNI's experience. Western will try to reload this year in the MAC but it will take some time for the new players to learn the system. I'm a little concerned about the line movement but my money is on Northern Iowa.

I'm glad you got the cash on that one. I didn't post it here because I limit my posts to certain leagues (MAC, Big 10, Horizon and Ivy League).

Ball St. +3 over Wright St.: This should be a nice matchup between two teams looking to make improvements over last season's disappointments. I think Wright St. will have trouble controlling Stovall and that will be the difference in the game. Ball St.'s performance in the opener is giving us some line value, otherwise this game is probably PK.

Purdue +6 over Xavier: I think XU is going to be a very good team but this is a tough situation to go into and have to cover 6 points. Boilermaker's have enough size to bang with XU and keep this one close.

Brown +7.5 over URI: Agree with Clem on this one. Brown has the depth and experience to not only cover the spread but win.

Detroit/Buffalo under 137: Too many games too early in the season will keep this one from going over. I have it lined at 131.

Tough year last year. Way too many bad beats culminated by Buffalo's meltdown in the second half of the MAC Tourney (lost 5 units on that play).
