Maryland/Kansas Under 169
As good as these teams are offensively, this is a huge number for a game of this magnitude...a couple of scoring droughts and it will be hard to keep pace with 169pts scored...both teams known for their offense but both were excellent defensively, allowing teams to shoot only 40% from the floor...teams might be a bit tight to start the game, not many points scored and not sure if both teams will take as many chances offensively as they are accustomed to, with early shots, etc., especially if it is a close game with under 5 minutes to go..could see them value possessions more, eat clock, and try and work for a good shot more-so than normal...also factor in the dome and a foriegn shooting environment..even though they have practiced there, still might take some time to adjust once the game starts. I'd be surprised if Maryland doesn't win by double digits..they should keep rolling in the second half after their slow start.

Freeze- Thanks...bad beginning and terrible ending for me (with my 'other' plays)...in-between was decent...pretty much glad the season is about the end as I couldn't pick worth a damn past couple weeks. Until November...good luck with the bases, Freeze.

A Maryland total of 149 is crazy low. In saying that I think the game can be in the 70's. So I'm going to stick to the under again in the fianl and hope for a 78-69 final.
