Guys, I didn't ask any questions.... I was asked to help with the vote by my cousin who is the city's financial manager.... My guess is that the city doesn't want to spend the money or be forced to raise property taxes to pay for it or something.... I'm simply returning a favor. I appreciate the votes, fellas.
