I feel very fortunate that I never lost a parent while I was young. It gave me some solace knowing that my dad had a rich life, and my mom is pushing 80 now, so when she slips away, she will have lived a long, fruitful life, as well.

Hopefully, that's how it is for you.

The biggest pain I have felt in my life was losing my Mom unexpectedly almost 4 years ago. I too was not able to see her before she passed as my parents lived in Florida. I still miss her everyday!

My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family! Nothing can replace a Mother's Love, but you can cherish the many memories I'm sure you have.
