if you think there were 20,000 people at the trump rally, that means there were actually about 70 people there. so sounds like that was the right decision. and it doesn't sound like a shortage of agents was really the issue, if law enforcement was told repeatedly there's a guy with a rifle on that roof. they had enough personnel to identify him. for some bizarre reason, that roof was not secure. appears to be a massive fuck-up by the personnel on site.
