DTB--the thought occured to me but i will quit wednesday and if i don't have any problems maybe i'll smoke that weekend too.

i know i'm going about this wrong, but man, what a tough thing to do, and after more than 3 months of smoke free too. ugh!

1) Get out of my -40 unit hole in hockey by coat-tailing "certain" hockey cappers and picking my spots like I did in baseball.
(+30 units babyee!!!!)
("no, really, i'm NOT bad luck"...HA.)

2) Try to be a "good" man....although it's tempting with all these new female cappers coming here...LOL

3) Continue my goal towards Freedom 30 by looking at KC WOLF's sports and stock investments(WINK WINK),as well as coat-tailing the great cappers in the hockey forum and basketball forum....
(NFL was TOUGH this year, boyz...)

Understand im 59 and stop chasing all those middle age gals 20 to 25. What am I nuts? Im just getting old IM not dead. Scratch that one. Ok heres one. Stop lusting (is there such a word)my neigbors wife. Hey if you guys seen her you would understand. I must do more for the kids this year. Did not have time to help with little league or junior bowling. Shame on me. I will make time this year. Happy Everything To All. MJ gets off those sticks for good.

Mine is to try and keep my smart ass mouth closed more often. Especially at work. (Yeah right) Two, try and get more disciplined at gambling. (Almost as hard as quitting smoking)

Mine is to spend more time doing things with my kids and less time yelling at them.

Also, give my wife the attention she deserves!

Happy New Year everybody!!

Some resolutions I think I can keep this year:

1 - Never, EVER, go to the titty-joint with nothing but 10's and 20's in my pocket for tuck-a-buck.

2 - Never, EVER, try to screw another man's girlfriend while he's passed out on the couch and you don't know for sure where he keeps his pistol.

3 - Never, EVER, EVER tell a 6'6" 300lb cop that 'If I wanted to, I'd just whip your pussy ass!' when he's already got the cuffs on you!

I think I can stick to those this year.

Cut down on drinking for health reasons. Get in the gym and eat right. If I don't get my diabetes under control this year I never will.

Firstly, to give up the smokes (again)...
Second, to bet on less games per week...
And third, to take no more crap from the missus about how much time I spend on the computer...

Don't have any in particular this year but one that proved most valuable I followed through on several years ago was learning to say no.Use to kick myself in the butt when it came time to have to fulfill a commitment I had reluctantly made. You'll get some funny looks from folks, being used to hearing excuses why and they get a flat NO with no further banter.

1. Finish my screenplay and rewrite it until I feel it is a worthwhile spec.

2. Get a job in the movie industry, hopefully in writing, development or production.

3. Stay committed to my lovely girlfriend.
