I believe you have a virus known as ransomware. They hold your puter hostage while they provide a cure for a certain $ amount. I had something very similar a few years ago and got rid of it using Malware Bytes. If you have internet access on another device, search for ways to remove it and try to follow the steps. Usually have to restart in Safe Mode.

Also: Kickserv will be here soon telling you to buy a Mac.

Get a Mac.

I could tell you what it is, but it would take a while to explain. You need to pay a kid in your neighborhood thirty dollars to remove the spyware, adware extension off your computer. It could be as simple as a Chrome extension that added itself. It happens.

If it were real ransomware, you wouldn't be able to use it period until you paid.

Better yet, ask your neighbors if any of them are IT professionals that work for a company. Buy them beer.

I can help you.

First download avast antivirus free is ok but internet security is better.
https://www.avast.com/en-us/index
Run a full virus scan
Then do a boot scan
If it finds any viruses move them to the chest.

Next download malwarebytes
https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Click scan then custom scan - click configure scan and check scan for rootkits (the three other checks should be there)
then click on your hard-drive mine is C: then scan now and it will remove all malware.

Once you?ve done both of these download free wisecare365
https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-care-365.html
It will remove any excess junk on your computer.

Cheers!
