I just saw that 90% of Georgia's peach crop was killed off by weather this season.

Just terrible. Peaches are my favorite and look forward to fresh peaches every year. I hope the stands I get them from don't usually get them from Georgia.

I just bought peaches yesterday, a short growing season here in Canada, but for a good 5 months you can get some really tasty peaches here. Of course when it is really cold there are no peaches, so you are outta luck then.

I am guessing peach prices in USA will go way up if 90 percent of Georgia peach crop is gone for. I would suspect Georgia is number 1 for production.

You can get a solid 4.5 to 5 months "Peach Season" in the Province of Ontario, so not that bad really.

Both GA and SC peach crops hurt. I live just across GA border in NC mountains. Only SC peaches here. They are very good!

Ever since I saw that show about the worms coming out of strawberrys, I have not been able to eat them. And It was one of my fav fruits. Put em in a glass for 24 hrs and real worms come out. Cant imagine them in my stomach. No strawberrys for KOD for about 2 yrs now.
