AP, I understand pace of play. I have a coaching background. I understand that some teams press to slow a game down too. Butler can play up and down but most shots came with 13 or less on the shot clock. Even when they broke the press they ran their motion O. But that's neither here or there. The fact remains VCU is not athletic enough to dictate tempo. You say VCU comfortable playing slow but is that what they want to play. Would butler rather play faster slow? Teams have a style they prefer and it is clear to anyone who watches game film VCU wants it fast and Butler wants it slow. The pace of play will dictate the winner. I feel Butler is better at controlling the pace.

I'm also seeing this line at 3'... I could very well envisions a Butler 2-point win... :scared

Total is dropping. That tells me it's a slower game with Butler prevailing
