i thought Carwin was somewhat intelligent. He just comes off surgery and i see him doing things in training that are so bad for a back u wonder who the hell is advising him. There is nothing good for a back with flipping that awkward tire around. I see these guys training with weights and jumping in the air with them. I don't care who u are this is not good for the spine. Some of these guys just don't think. The tire flip if done properly is okay but when u start tiring u use bad form. I just can't understand some of these guys especially a guy who is supposed to be an engineer and just came off neck surgery. Lifting weights and jumping off the floor with them. :facepalm:

Really good blog. Have to hand it to Stann. Most guys wouldn't understand why they lost but Stann said exactly what i said would be the difference in the fight. Stann is a credit to the sport. A guy that should keep on improving and a guy who needs to stay away from world class wrestlers. Having Sonnen on ya is like trying to shake off a bear. Maybe now Guilard will tighten up his boxing instead of having world class hands and world class cockiness with those hands. It was just so predictable that he was gonna get his ass handed to him eventually. Unfortunately i didn't know which fight it would be.

For direct tv users if Fox sports (news corp) doesnt come to an agreement with Direct TV by November 1st the Fox Sports stations get dropped from Direct TV. I doubt this ever happens but if it does the UFC takes a huge hit on their big show coming up.
lets just hope they get real people to run this thing right. Win win for the fans.
Sponge, I don't have Direct but I don't think it would hurt at all. I think(could be wrong) that you get Fox over an antenna so even if Direct didn't carry Fox sports you would still be getting the main channel which is where the fight is.
u think? That isn't what i heard but i could be wrong. These kind of things usually work themselves out but these two are both bully's so we shall see.
