No, it wasn't about his apparent sentiment, it was basically a query about what W00000t means.

I *think* he's excited about the breakfast, but I just wanted clarification.

kosar, if u ever are puzzled by hip slang, check out www.urbandictionary.com

for example, I thought the song by souljaboy was 'clean' until I looked up the new slang word, "Superman".

Woooooootttttt is an expression of joy, excitement, or like. Woot is good, and I use it often.

Oh my. Clint, you'd be the last person that I would expect to clarify this, and I went to the Urban Dictionary. You are absolutely right. It's a term of excitement.

1. woot 3302 up, 530 down
Woot originated as a hacker term for root (or administrative) access to a computer. However, with the term as coincides with the gamer term, "w00t".

"w00t" was originally an trunicated expression common among players of Dungeons and Dragons tabletop role-playing game for "Wow, loot!" Thus the term passed into the net-culture where it thrived in video game communities and lost its original meaning and is used simply as a term of excitement.

"I defeated the dark sorcerer! Woot!"

"woot! i r teh flagmastar!" (Think Tribes)

"Woot, I pwnzed this dude's boxen!'

Yeah, that's definitely the story on the street. Kinda confusing to me though as I have never found Matt to be a big eater except when it comes to shrimp cocktails. .... ;)

Damn!!!!!!!! :00hour :00hour

Thank you, thank you!!!!!

Reserved 2-foot Tommy's room today. I'm good to go. Plus my buddy DeWayne and his wife are coming, I've told him a lot about you guys(not everything...we still want him to attend!). He's looking forward to meeting you guys. You'll appreciate his wife, she's a looker.

I have checked with her and asked her NOT to punch any of you, especially if you crap out!

DeWayne's cool. Good ole boy from the 'Ville.

Tommy and I are planning on playing this Wed just to get the dust off the clubs. Should be comical.

Thanks so much to all the sponsors! It is very much appreciated. I hope to open an account for football season if all goes well.

Will make Friday afternoon tee time for as close to 3 PM as I can. Also going to talk with the Pro at my course and see if he can help out with rates. Once details are worked out I will post information.

Thanks to Jack and Judge and everyone working behind the scenes to make this a fun weekend for everyone!

There is still a 60% chance I can do this. Will know more in a couple days. Colorado Open qualifier on Monday will determine a lot. Considering I have played 3 times since October I don't expect to make it!

Will let you know ASAP.

why would I be the last person here instead of somebody like, say, buddy or RAYMUND? I'm hip to the slang, dogg. Remember, I do have a 13 year old, so it's mandatory that I keep up with the times. :tongue

lol- Yeah, but you wouldn't one that I would bet on to explain it to me. Even if you have a 13 yr old, it shouldn't be assumed that you know what YOOOOOT!!!!, or whatever, means.
