I used the system Sat. night with The Power Ball on Sat. night and something just isn't adding up....The draw came out:
Any word if they repainted the balls or was there a high pressure system in the area that messed up the air flow in the ball feeder......:shrug:

Thanks for the promise.......I rolled hard in black hawk, ok maybe just 13 minutes, well beyond my 5 min customary roll......I hit the first hard 8:shrug:, Jack gives me a hi five......I had my large 10.00 bet and kept it on there. Damn if I didn't hit the hard 8 again.........Jack won 1,000 and I won 180.00 I could learn from you Scrappy.......I am just a fool trying to play this game called craps:0008

I am a dice setter. I don't know if it works or not but it is fun. Set the dice, aim, throw, trying to make every throw the same, landing in the same spot.
It is fun when you get a nice long roll. The other day on a very cold table I made 6 points on my first turn. My next turn I hear a guy say to his friend "This guys good." LOL I had another good roll. Love it.
Of course it kind of sucks when you set the dice take aim and go point seven! LOL I can feel all the daggers being thrown my way.
Like I said I do it but not sure if it means anything or not but I figure it can'[t hurt if there is nothing to it.

Hi Stevie, good info here....When you rolled that "7" did you happen to notice if the AC was on, blowing colder than normal or which direction it was coming from....I'd assume if your were tossing into the AC it would slow down your potentially roll, and tossing with the AC would potentially speed up your roll....:shrug:
I feel the eye in the sky has control over air flow in the casino so much that when they see a hot roller at the table they can do a quick flick from a 68 degree room temperature down to a 66 degree room temperature and that will have influence over the toss....Maybe Josh can do some research on wind velocity and direction for dice inside of a room.....:0008
I think that some casinos have shortened the tables as well as the odds. A shorter than expected table will make your dice hit the wall with more velocity than expected. The ac on will also make the air lighter. There are many factors to look at. Shaving of the dice is a big one too. Soft tables, hard tables, a guy buys in in the middle of your roll. These all contribute.

I cannot believe no one in this thread brought up Harley Horn's Craps thread. I give you the gem that is in that thread. My favorite line is.....a red-headed lady walks up to the table during the middle of a hot roll
Incidents that Ruin a Roll:
Recently at Bellagio, I correctly called "Off" my bets as a roller threw the Devil (7) to end a long hot roll. What led to my lucky prediction was a simple calculation - any time 2 of the following indicators happen before the next roll, then turn them off a roll or 2:
- New green money is thrown on the table - a buy-in during a roll
- Roller hesitates his throw for whatever reason - messing up his rolling rhythm
- Stickman change (usually done every 20 minutes)
- Boxman change
- Boxman, another dealer or customer questions the amount of a payout after a toss
- person leaves table on a restroom break
- waitress approaches the table and loudy asks for drinks (especially if a waitress delivers a drink to the roller)
- adjacent table erupts with loud cheers
- player colors-up during a roll
- LATE bets (after the dice is handed to the roller)
- the roll immediately after a Point is established
- the Stickman pushes the dice back to you with the 7 showing
- the Stickman brings the dice back to the center of the table after a roll and they show the 7 a long time
- a red-headed lady walks up to the table during the middle of a hot roll
- Dice bounces off the table
- Stickman starts pretending he will hit the dice with his stick
- dealer or boxman starts pounding his fist on the table rail
- dealer or stickman starts talking excessively to the roller
- the roller receives a cell phone call during his roll
- 2 crap numbers (2,3,11,12) are thrown in a row (or 3 craps in last 5 rolls)
- at least 1 player starts betting "Don't Come" during middle of a roll
- roller turns off his own bets
- Pit Boss, Boxman or dealer scolds the Roller with a "make sure both dice hit the back wall"
.... it's my brief experience that any 1 of the above will end a roll only about 20% of the time - therefore, turning your bets off for just 1 of these incidents will usually not mathematically save you since you will still make money on about 4 out of 5 rolls that the Devil does not show up.
However, it is my opinion that if 2 or more of the above happen before one roll of the dice, then there is about an 80% chance the devil will show up - thus making it mathematically better to turn off your bets for a roll or 2 after the combined incidents ........ it's not that I am superstitious that the above list cause the Devil to show his ugly head at the wrong time, but as Yogi Berra said, "The game is 90% mental" and 2 too many incidents can interrupt the mental energy of a very rhythmic game

The wife and I go to the casino last night, neither one of us is any good at shooting dice at all. We both watched the first YouTube video about axis numbers. I myself watched the video on how to hold/throw.
So I had the numbers written down for how to axis them. Wanted a 7 coming out, put the 6/1 together, first roll bang 7. I'm thinking wtf. Next roll same thing, look at my wife, we both grin, I keep shooting. I roll a 6, I put the 5/1 together, first roll, bang a 6. 20 minutes later I finally roll a 7.
Now it's the wife's turn, she does even better than me, going about 25 minutes. We made 700+ for about an hour and a half there. It was an eye opening experience.

YOU do not want even the dice that are sold on amazon they look perfect but are only 8.5 grams and your results at home will fuck you up when in casino

One freind at work said one time the box man said he wasnt hitting back wall hard enough. WTF the rules are as long as dice travel and hit wall it's good.
Weeks ago i was at delware park 10$ table i'm shooting dice NOT good but winning one throw the puck blocked one dice bitch box boss said plaese make both dice hit the wall I said luaghingly the puck jumped in front of that die.:142smilie
