Subject: A LETTER FROM A PROCTER AND GAMBLE EXECUTIVE TO THE PRESIDENT

THE LAST SENTENCE IS THE MOST CHILLING

Lou Pritchett is one of corporate America 's true living legends- an
acclaimed author, dynamic teacher and one of the world's highest
rated speakers. Successful corporate executives everywhere recognize
him as the foremost leader in change management.. Lou changed the way
America does business by creating an audacious concept that came to
be known as "partnering." Pritchett rose from soap salesman to
Vice-President, Sales and Customer Development for Procter and
Gamble and over the course of 36 years, made corporate history.

AN OPEN LETTER TO
PRESIDENT OBAMA

Dear President Obama:

You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike
any of the others, you truly scare me.

You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about
you.

You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive
Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no
visible signs of support.

You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth
growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.

You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.

You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus
don't understand it at its core.

You scare me because you lack humility and class, always blaming
others.

You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned
yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to
publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail.

You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America'
crowd and deliver this message abroad.

You scare me because you want to change America to a European style
country where the government sector dominates instead of the
private sector.

You scare me because you want to replace our health care system
with a government controlled one.

You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly
capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.

You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose
that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of
living in the world.

You scare me because you have begun to use 'extortion' tactics
against certain banks and corporations.

You scare me because your own political party shrinks from
challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.

You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider
opposing points of view from intelligent people.

You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both
omnipotent and omniscient.

You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything
you do.

You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the
Limbaugh's, Hannitys, O'Reillys and Becks who offer opposing,
conservative points of view.

You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.

Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will
probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in 8 years.

Lou Pritchett

This letter was sent to the NY Times but they never acknowledged it.
Big surprise. Since it hit the internet, however, it has had over
500,000 hits. Keep it going. All that is necessary for evil to succeed
is that good men do nothing. It's happening right now.

If the source is an email chain letter, I just know it's gonna be... :mj10:

And "open letter's" are as lame as they come.

But thanks for sharing the paranoid scribblings of a retired P&G executive just trying to protect the golden parachute he strapped on more than 20 years ago.

And it's all true.

I bet Liberals keep a SANDBOX at their house for convenience.

Proctor and Gamble scares me. When they took over Gilette they put hundreds of factory workers out of work. They did of course take care of the Gillette executives who had a payday like they were baseball players. Just sayin'

Also love the one about military experience. So anyone who has not served the in the military should not seek to serve their country in other ways. It would be easy to criticize Obama without idiotic statements like he makes throughout this "open letter".

H's problem is liberal media is being forced to jump ship--They can no longer appear to support him when majority of americans are against him on every major issue.

interesting to take a look back--when the obvious was apparent--but couldn't convince many.

from Obama vs America
http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/243829/obama-vs-america-peter-kirsanow

As Dorothy Rabinowitz has noted, Obama?s alienation from the citizenry is just beginning to be more broadly revealed, but has been on display since the 2008 campaign.

The media either failed to report it or chastised anyone who dared notice.

When some remarked about Obama?s refusal to do something as simple as wear a flag lapel pin, they were pronounced unsophisticated and jingoistic. Obama?s casual stance during the playing of the ?Star Spangled Banner? was declared a triviality. When Reverend Wright was caught shouting ? G?damn America!? those who wondered whether Obama?s 20 years in Wright?s pews might suggest ideological concurrence were dismissed as alarmist. When some expressed concern that Obama might agree with his wife that America is a ?downright mean country? and that perhaps he, too, for the first time in his adult life, was proud of his country, they were told to grow up.
Then Obama?s association with Bill Ayers emerged and the mainstream media closed ranks and refused, as long as they could, to even report it. And when Obama expressed unalloyed contempt for Midwesterners who ?cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren?t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment,? a phalanx formed to assure the public of his pure intentions.
There were other instances throughout the campaign and first months in office suggesting that for Obama, multiculturalism trumps national unity and moral relativism supersedes cultural confidence. His serial apologies for America, embrace of America-hating Hugo Ch?vez, and supplication to foreign thugs are consistent with a ?blame America first? mentality that may be unremarkable for a political science professor but is toxic for the leader of the greatest nation in history.
But perhaps most emblematic of Obama?s self-identification was his proud declaration, before a vast crowd in Berlin, that he is a ?citizen of the world.? Most Americans believe that that world would be a much darker place without the United States of America. And they would be pleased if their president could express that belief without being patronizing, self-referential, or defensive.
But to do so, it?s helpful to get America and Americans.

Funny how the "liberal" media is all over his case. You must be very happy with him. Do you think they have a "right" to build a mosque? And those guys on Fox do they think it is a right. We don't have to like it and I hope they not build one but I would guess, this being America and all, that they do have a "right" to do it.

Not another idiot its just Raymond under his new name lol :mj07:
You're probably right. :look:

Curious how "Art" hasn't been back to defend his chain letter. If Art is Raymond, there'd be no way he could hide his bastardization of the English language without a ghost writer.

cant believe u guys didn't know this was Raymond :142smilie

I rememeber a time he came back as someone name Supbro or some shit like that. Nobody said anything at the time but it was clearly him. It was right around a time Jack and Raymond had a disagreement. I don't feel like looking (to sic) it up but the writing was priceless. He trashed a few people especially jack. Nobody ever said anything so i just let it die. Not sure anyone could have impersonated Raymond that well.

I see the cyber trolls are on the usual fact finding/group therapy methods--

You guys need a forum of your own--

Initiated by forum socially disfunctional Tramp whose answer to everything is a four letter word and affirmed by his clan of like minded lemmings.

Ya gotta love the thought and research of our intellectual liberal element-- :)

Tramp: "Another fucking idiot."

Trench: Lou's scared... :mj08:
Are you scared :mj08: too Skulnik?
:142smilie

Yogi : Not another idiot its just Raymond under his new name lol :mj07:

Tramp: You are correct. I just noticed his other posts. Plus his chain email post. Good work.

Trench: You're probably right. :look:

Dear Mr. President,

I'm an upright citizen who is having difficulty paying all of my bills, including my mortgage. Since the birth of my child, my one and only child, it's been even more difficult. Every week I'm counting pennies and every day I'm asking myself, "How else can I save money? What else can I take away to pay my bills?" I would have helped if my spouse's company didn't decrease his salary, due to the economy. It would have helped if my insurance didn't go up on my house. It would have helped if we were approved for a loan modification instead of being told (almost immediately) that we were denied. And yet I hear how people, some not even U.S. citizens, are receiving relief on all aspects - groceries, cars, schooling, credit, homes, medical care, etc. Maybe these people may be in need, but they are tainted by the examples I witness. For example, a family of 6 lived next door to me, in a government subsidized home (which consequently decreases the value of my home). The father worked 16 hours a week and the mother collected disability because she couldn't work - except around the house, apparently! And they both drove newer vehicles. They have since moved to a brand new home that they only had to pay $35,000 for. I'm not trying to keep up with the Jones, but perhaps I'd be able to maintain my home - which needs about $10,000 in repair, I'm thinking... and maybe I could afford to buy new brake pads for my car too. Oh, and let's not forget the maxed out credit card that's looming over my head. It would be nice to get some help! I give you credit for your attempts to help us with the cash for clunkers and appliance discounts - but that's for items people can afford to buy. I can't buy anything new - I need help keeping what I have! We're floundering, Mr. President. The people who are keeping this country running are people like me - the hard working U.S. citizens with a dream of being independently comfortable and maybe even paying for our child's college. So why aren't we given even a portion of the assistance that's being handed out so freely to those who have settled to live off the government. Don't you think it's time to reward those who deserve it instead of providing a handout to those who expect it but do nothing for it?

Lordy - another crybaby, blaming his troubles on everyone but himself.

This whiner has bought a house he cannot afford, let it get run down because he cannot afford to maintain it, bought more car than he can afford, let that get run down, had a child he cannot afford to educate, maxed out his credit card, and all along has been getting two salaries.

Now this whiner wants the government to bail him out using taxes collected from people who live within their means.

He's got plenty of time to write his "poor me" letters, but apparently not enough time to work a second job.

He's got plenty of time to whine about other people, but not time enough to solve his own problems.

This turd needs to have his house and cars repoed, his kid taken away by Social Services, and he needs to live in a refrigerator box under a bridge. He is, and will always be, a loser.

I'd say that sums that joke of a letter up pretty well Duff. Of course, the letter's complete BS. How would this "upright citizen" (whatever the hell that is) know all the details of a neighbor's personal finances? And what is a "government subsidized home" anyway?

Just more Raymond chain letter bullshit. We all know it's Raymond... :142smilie
