They all look like shit when they come out of the microwave because I cut them so that it's heated all the way through.

They're all really really good

Or if you have a little more time and don't have to worry about microwaving fish in a work enviroment, you can do this . . .

First, breed some dagos to make homemade pasta as they know what to do coming out of the womb

Medium high a cut onion and garlic in a teaspoon of oil in a big skillet until it's soft, add two chopped tomatoes, some basil, some oregano, some Old Bay :0008 and 5 sliced mushrooms, a 1/2 pound of scallops, a 1/2 pound of shrimp and a pound of mussels and simmer covered for 10 minutes, add another 2 cut tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes

Pour over homemade fettucine, add a pull of french bread (homemade if your wife rolls like that) and add some parmesan, pour yourself a glass of zin and you're all done

Good looking stuff. Am cooking creole shrimp stew today. But, if wife is cool with it, i may give this a go....with store- bought pasta, that is:facepalm:

I've had those frozen dinners before. The bottom 2, anyway. Both goidelic. Available in these parts at whole foods and a couple of small specialty grocers.

It looked soupy, and the ingredients weren't adding up so I asked the question. I know adding seafood and tomatoes can result in a broth, but I wasn't sure.

Thanks.

Revised the recipe to add thyme, red pepper and smoked paprika instead of old bay (side note . . . unless you grew up with it and it brings back good memories or have a thing for celery, old bay is substandard), added a cup of white cooking wine and olives. . . . . :0074

Here's everything. . . (Onions and garlic are already cooking)

The low sodium old bay is better than the original. Congrats on becoming smoke free:toast:
