I'd just like to say great program... Allot
more features than that first one

How long did it take you to make this one?

Anyways, not sure if you plan on upgrading it
ever, but if you do here are a couple other
items you may want to include:

-A "CFL" section for us Canucks

-Moneyline column to seperate Spreads vs ML's
-Halftime column's to seperate Halftime wagers with game wagers...

But like I said the program is great as it is... these are just suggestions if you ever
decide to upgrade it...

Well I downloaded it and tried to run it and it said Wagertracker is not of valid format. What did I do wrong? Maybe it was that unzipping stuff that screwed me up....

Jmizeus, i'm not really good in computer but somehow i manage to see it. You have first to unzip your download file and where it will go. On my computer it was on the hard drive at windows and after i clicked on the desktop and there it goes! I doubleclick on the wagertrack and it came in! I don't know if it helps but i've tried...

ok here is what you do, go to the website, ignore the .txt file and open the other one - the .xls file. Once this downloads save it to your C: drive, it's really all very simple and a great spreadsheet - quite a nice piece of work Phoenix - major props to you

What is the website address? I tried to copy and paste the link above...and then unzipped the file.....but when I click on the link....it says that I must try to open the progam with another program. Well guess what.....no luck. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what is going wrong, but here are my half buzzed thoughts:

The program will unzip to your desktop when you run it. If you have multiple users on your computer, after you unzip do this:

Open My Computer

Click on Windows

Click on Desktop

It should be in this directory. - "Wager Tracker.xls"

Click on right mouse button and 'drag' it to your desktop. Select 'Move Here' when you unclick and menu pops up.

Double click on the icon on your desktop.

If you do not have Microsoft Excel, the program will not work. You must have Excel. You may be able to open it in Lotus, but I am not 100% sure that you can. (Select show all files when 'open' dialogue box appears - If you see the file, you should be able to open it). If you do not have either program you will need to get one of them to use this file.

If this does not work, and you have excel, please post here and I will try and help.

Perhaps CFL will make v 2.0. For now you can track under other.

After re-reading your suggestions (was a little ... last night

)they have been put in my notes for v2 which will more than likely come at some point in time. Any other thoughts on enhancements are welcomed. Will see just how much more powerful excel may be...
