i hope you havent lost much but these teams just arent like the reg. season of old showtime and phx. with amare etc--Phil knows he doesnt have sprinters, he has clydesdales, and since they appear to be at worst even in talent he can dictate some of the tempo ... I see it going under again (close out game vs desperate and tite Suns--might factor into lowest game yet) and I will bet 1/2 of what I won today on 2q PH. U again ... PHO. has avg. 16.5 pts in 4 games thus far in 2q--that makes it almost impossible for the game to go over in a realistic mathematical sense .. I just dont think PH. has enuff firepower left and look rundown, and certainly when they go to bench in 2q theyve been a joke ... cant even break 200 in 47 mins today ...

Just dont want you to lose anymore chasing, or being too stubborn ... gl tho

Edludes, during the NCAA tournament, you lost your ass betting against the streak. Practice what you preach! Son? I know you're an old man, but you sure as hell ain't my old man!

If you're alluding to my comments about capping the ncaa bb championship tourney,it is like no other sports handicapping event in that way.I've been capping NBA playoffs for only 18 years, but its been long enough to know that the same outcome can occur the whole series long.My point in my earlier post that was its just as likely to be the lakers and under again for a fifth straight time in game 5.You're problem is that you haven't been around long enough to know that you don't know everything yet. You'll be humbled some day,it just hasn't come..Keep listening.

Edludes, I haven't been in the game for 18 years like you, but I guarantee you I make more money betting on sports each year than you do. BobbyBlueChip posted your overall record and units lost in one of the forums not too long ago. Based on that documentation, it appears you haven't learned too much from your mistakes over the last two decades. Yeah, I lost money on Memphis yesterday, but it didn't ruin my day because I can afford to lose every now and then. Must be nice huh?

The NBA is full of shit!!! two offensive teams (PHO/LAK) went to OT (5mins) and scored 15pts... two defensive teams (DAL/MEM) entired 4qt 12mins scored 31pts then went to OT5mins scored 31pts. I had both MEM and UN also PHO and OV all lost.

Well this was sure was an anomally.

Only reason why it didn't work is all because of Phil Jackson. Milking the shot clock and making the game a standstill and limiting the shots that go up on both ends.

With that said:

LA/PHX OVER 204

not giving in.

the over is definetely attainable tonight, but the Lakers have REALLY slowed the Suns down in this series.... more than the Pistons have shut down the bucks or the Spurs against the kings..... here are ppg in regulation for the remaining series....

Bulls vs Heat 204.75 ppg
Bucks vs Pistons 202.25 ppg
Kings vs Spurs 200.25 ppg
Lakers vs Suns 193 ppg
Wiz vs Cavs 187.75 ppg
Pacers vs Nets 182.5 ppg

average for series more than 10 points below the total offered :scared

good luck tonight Spurs - i hope you hit it....

phil is coaching, pushing the ball would be suicide, did you expect him to try to beat suns at their game or dictate his own style? ... when he coached Bulls he had plenty of slow playoff games with Knicks and Utah

SpursDynasty,

Just read all posts in this thread and was going to give you huge props for having big balls....

....then I read post #56 - you doing that for financial reasons or peer pressure? If it's financial, then don't lay one red cent - but if it's b/c of what all of these other guys are saying, bump it up to what it's supposed to be

If any game in this series were to go over it would be this one - Lakers off big win with cushy series lead, their defense may not be as strong and that's when the Suns can go off

Don't play too many totals and I made a very large bet on the Lakeshow to win series after game 3 at -135 -- got lucky with that bet in game#4 but now realize the Suns WILL NOT lay down in this game, and like you've said all along when they play their game the scores go up

Buying some back on the Suns series at +300, so will make a profit either way - laying that profit on a parlay:

SUNS ML/OVER - i suggest you bump that play to the proposed amount of units and add this parlay on top

And as always - good luck

LA Burns

i completely agree with burns, for the reason he mentioned. if theres a game in this series that is going to go over, this is the one. lakers with some 'room for error' tonight, and you have to think if the suns are going out, its on 'their terms' -- i.e, a 111-108 kind of loss. number is really shaved (from the series opener of around 213) and still this one looks to be the strongest of all 5 so far. time will tell though. but i think this one is a 'chalk and over' special. suns 114-102.
