I know 1 thing they are bad and I was nuts. If I wasn't sick I would have not played them.
Raymond, take zinc pills when you get better. Take it like a vitamin everyday. I used to get the flu once a year. Started zinc once a day. Haven’t gotten sick in 10 years! A coworker recommended it and she haven’t been sick in 14 years. Got both my parents to take them and now they haven’t been sick since. It helps your immune system!
