Good Morning, BoyZ .. Thursday's NHL POD OVER 6 goals Vegas vs. St Louis Blues was another POD PUSH, VEGAS 4-2.
( 2 - 7 - 2 ) ( - 7.9* ) units Thursday on posted nhl plays & now am ( - 20.6* ) units for the week on posted nhl plays.

The 12-8 Villanova Wildcats are in Milwaukee to take on the #10 ranked Marquette Golden Eagles (16-3) at 7:00 pm eastern on FS1. Marquette is -9.5/143.
Marquette is led by one of the best players in the country: Kam Jones (19.1 ppg). He had been in a shooting slump but broke out of it last game vs. Seton Hall. Stevie Mitchell (11.2 ppg) is their best 3 point shooter and he has a penchant for torturing the Wildcats. David Joplin (14.9 ppg) is an excellent shot blocker. Chase Ross (11.5 ppg) shoots about 55% from 2. Ben Gold is their 6’10” shot blocker. Marquette creates turnovers and doesn’t turn the ball over. This makes up for their average 3 point shooting and rebounding. Offensively, they like to play in the paint yet they don’t draw a lot of fouls. I expect Kam Jones will want to show Nova’s Eric Dixon (highest scorer in the nation) who is the better player. Last but not least, Shaka Smart is an excellent Coach.
For Villanova, they lost to Georgetown last out as they failed to score in the last 4 minutes. This has reduced their NCAA hopes to having to win the Big East Tournament. The Alumni are calling for Coach Neptune’s scalp. However, that’s unlikely to impact the players. My guess is they want to prove they are a good team and do it on the road vs. The #1 Team in the Big East. Longino has been averaging 14 points over his last 5 games, Poplar was tossed out of the last game and will want to make amends, Dixon won’t want to be shown up by Kam Jones. On the other hand, if they get way behind quickly, it’s possible they’ll just go through the motions. Either way, I see points tonight.
