Team POD Squeezes Out Weekly Win: 30-29!
In probably the closest contest with the Books in a decade, Team POD got by 30-29. The daily tallies were: 5-5, 4-4, 4-4, 5-3, 3-5, 5-3, 4-5. There were some tough losses and bad beats, but ultimately the good guys came up on top.
Despite such a close week, the Medal race was just the opposite with a few Cappers having stellar records. Winning the GOLD MEDAL, at 6-1, is LAUDERDALE LEGEND. The SILVER MEDAL goes to WILD BILL (5-1). It took 5-2 to win BRONZE MEDALS. They went to OLD MAN RIVER and RUBICONED. That’s 21-6 for our Medal winners. Congratulations guys!
COACH BURNS also was in the Black with a 4-3 mark.
The Culprit was at .500 (1-1)
And the rest of the Team: Terryray (2-5), Elmer Fudd (1-3), Yanno (1-5), ZJohnGo (0-1) and DoubleTwo (0-5).

LA Rams +2 1/2 - relocating the game really isn't going to mean anything, line was adjusted from LAR having home advantage to reassessment from Books. Many of us were refunded our money on this play, I had +1 1/2 going into Thursday night, I'll gladly take the extra point tonight!! Rams w/too much experience over the Viqueens!
