Good Morning, BoyZ .. Friday's NHL POD OVER 5' (-120) Winnipeg Jets vs. Sea Kraken was a POD LOSSAH, WINN 3-0.
( 1 - 8 ) ( - 12.0* ) units Friday on posted nhl plays & now am ( - 43.5* ) units for the week on posted nhl plays, and
seem to have absolutely no clue what the hell is going on in pucks. : (

The 10th ranked and red hot Creighton BlueJays are in Philadelphia to take on the 17-13 Villanova Wildcats at the Wells Fargo Center. Creighton is-1.5/136.5. Tip is 2:30 pm eastern on Fox.
Creighton has won 6 of 7 (lost to UCONN like everyone else) and arrives off of a waxing of Marquette 89-75. They shot 54% and Scheirman went off for 28 points. 7’1” Ryan Kalkbrenner tosses in 17.3 ppg, Trey Alexander 17.6 ppg and Scheirman 18.6 ppg. Ashworth is good for 10.6 ppg plus they have a streaky 3 point shooter in Mason Miller. If they win, they’ll be a 2 seed in the Big East Tournament and likely the NCAA Tournament. They also would like to avenge losing to Villanova by 2 in OT back in December in Omaha.
Villanova after losing to Seton Hall on Wednesday needs a miracle to get into the NCAA’s. It starts today with a win over Creighton followed by 2 wins in the Big East Tournament. Amazingly, they are likely to draw Seton Hall then Creighton. Nonetheless, the team and Nova Nation is hopeful. in the Seton Hall loss, the Cats missed 8 layups and several wide open looks at 3. They need to make everything this afternoon.
In Omaha, Nova’s Dixon had a huge game. He also played out by the 3 point line drawing Kalkbrenner ouT and allowing Nova’s stronger players to go to the hoop. Creighton will make adjustments for today.
I could only find ONE Capper taking Villanova. The other 28 I checked or heard on tv/radio are on Creighton. Yet, the line opened and still is -1.5.
