Good Morning, BoyZ .. Monday's NHL POD UND 6' nash ott was of course a POD LOSSAH, Ottawa 4-3.
Why do I even attempt to play an Under(?); they just don't work for me. ( 1 - 1 ) zero units Monday

The Wildcats (11-9) are home to take on #9 Marquette (15-5) at 7:00 pm eastern on FS1. Nova is -1.5/143.5. Of course it makes sense that Nova who has dropped 4 straight is favored against a top ten team who beat them 87-74 15 days ago and looking for their 6th straight win vs the Cats.
Last out, Marquette handled Seton Hall 75-57 while Nova blew a 10 point lead with 5 minutes to go at Butler and lost 88-81 in Double OT. For the second straight game, Justin Moore tried to be the hero in crunch time and didn’t deliver. His knee just isn’t healed and getting the ball to Dixon may have been a better choice.
When Marquette beat Nova on 1/15 they shot 75% from 2 as Ighadaro, Jones and Kolek carved up the Wildcat defense. That loss triggered a 4 game Wildcat tailspin where they just have been lost defensively and, as they have done all season long, couldn’t hit 3 pointers. One would think the best shooting free throw team in America would shoot more inside the arc where fouls are more likely.
On the Marquette side, Kam Jones hurt his ankle a week ago but he is expected to play. They also have started hitting 3’s at a 45% rate as Gold and Joplin have gotten hot from deep the last two games.
Clearly, Nova’s season is on the line in this game. We’ll see a supreme defensive effort but can the Cats score enough to win?
