Post your thoughts on hafltime for ASU/Nebraska. . . Sun Devils look mighty impressive to me, but Nebraska may wear down the smaller team in the 2nd half. What say you?!?! :D

wouldn't bank on Nebraska opening it up.....they may wear down ASU but if they open it up, ASU may well win this one.......the QB is a shaky passer........Solich is not known for his halftime adjustments and this may stay close......not gonna play though -- just gonna watch and sit on my ASU Under play

Aldabra,

Open it up with what??? If they turn away from the option, I think the Devils will pick off a couple in the 2nd half. Their only hope in my opinion (for covering the spread) is to wear the ASU defensive line out.

if you think ASU can score 1 TD take the Devils and the over only can lose the juice:shrug:

laying off ASU/NEB 2H. But Nebraska has yet to display ANY passing game, Lord is a good runner and does a good job of elude. Yeah, Big Red fans would like to see them stomp ASU, but in Lord's first game Solich would be wise to keep somewhat conservative and stick to running the ball. ASU can come back by capitalizing on TO's. Agree with Nickel, just wear out the ASU "D" and be satisfied with the victory.

waiting for FSU/ISU 2H.:)

I still have ASU +14.5 for the second half (based on my entire game wager) for 2 units. . . think I'll stay away from the halftime lines and hope this holds up.

Would play the under 24 if I was gonna play anything. I believe Nebraska will try and survive this game with a win. . . can't see them going for the blowout and taking chances. The only way that will happen is if ASU gets worn out.

Iowa St./Florida St. 2H preview

Iowa St./Florida St. 2H preview

So far just into the 2Q, it's FSU leading 24-7. Both offenses have had little trouble moving the ball. Five scoring plays on 8 possessions. FSU "O" looking especially good. I see in the 2H if FSU is leading by at least 2 possessions Rix creating and FSU mixing running and passing well. ISU will have to keep up. Possible OVER play in 2H.

Only concern is Bowden seems to be holding back the offense. No deep throws, running on passing situations...looks like he is content to play ball control.

i put quite a bit on the Noles myself as i saw this line as kind of a gift.......would have thought Bowden was going to bring the heat and win this by 50 but it looks like he is going to be content with anything around the number......

Final half of the night in college football. . . glad I listened to others and took the Seminoles in the first half. Will they continue to dominate? Can't wait to see what the 2nd half total is for this one. May look at the under.

Yep, FSU running the ball very well. What's ISU gonna do? They have had trouble sustaining drives, with some success Wallace finding receivers downfield. FSU will likely play ball control as some of you mentioned, with margin of victory out of the equation as TV announcer said. Will ISU mount a comeback?

Well, Iowa St. just scored on a drive that saw Wallace connect to his open receivers. That's 2 late scores in the 2Q. Will FSU defense continue to step it up and not let Wallace continue to make plays? For the 2H total I'd either play the over or lay off.
