Vanished into vortex
The Steelers will finish UNDER .500

The entire team as well as Big Ben are not as good as advertised and that schedule is just plain brutal:

7-9 for my home team.

I was gonna say Cards reach NFC championship game, but I see Kneifl did me one better than that.

Patriots will miss the playoffs.

i dont think its inconceivable that the patriots could miss the playoffs. its a bit out on a limb, but in today's nfl, its certainly possible. very rarely does a team lose two top coordinators the way new england did. throw that in with the fact that they play in one of the toughest divisions in football and smurphy's prediction isnt all that crazy. the pats are a phenomenal organization but its not like they trot out guys that strike loads of fear in the opposition on sundays talent-wise. so i dont think you can just write them in with ink for a playoff spot every year.

Gman I believe barring injury problems of course there are just too many winners on that team for it to not make the playoffs. You do make valid points though!

Arizona WILL NOT make the playoffs, because Bidwell is an IDIOT.

The Rams WILL make the playoffs.

I think the Cardinals could make it very far this year... They are loaded up with lots of young talent, only question mark would be if Warner could regain his form from years past. Green better not f#@k with the quarterbacks all season like he did last year or they'll get nowhere fast.

LOL. this is the worst franchise in the NFL. They have an unproven coach, an offense that will struggle to score 10 points a game. A little better than average defense. The only strengths this team has is Wade returning kicks maybe. They are a poorly running franchise starting at the top with the Mccaskeys (sp?) running it. They are known as a cheap franchise not willing to spend. They do finally spend on Muhammed and have no one to throw him the ball. They also havent even signed their first round pick who is supposed to carry 20 to 30 times a game and not only is he not in camp, he's never taken the ball in a NFL game.

This team will be lucky to win 5 games.

just my opinion.
