San Fran -3' in the 1st half seems to go well with the over 22'
What we ask ourselves here, is:
"Can San Fran score 14 in the first half?"
They do this, and it's a split, at worst.
The 49ers are the better team. Carolina has beaten them like a drum for the past few games, but not tonight.....at least not early.
San Fran's running game could keep it low, but I see that as the game winds down. I think they will want to establish the early lead, and get Carolina thinking about how they fell appart last week, too.
This is a solid play.

Two strong plays guys...Carolina +7 and under 45.
San Fran mentally and phycialy drained after Monday night demolition of Jets...Carolina looking to rebound after total embarassment versus Green Bay. Neither team has shown much ability to convert yardage into points so far. In this situation I look for both defenses to step it up...offense will lag, IMO. Seifert is 4-0 versus his old comrades and has never lost 3 in a row.
No doubt the 49ers have the most talent but this one will be decided by guts. Close, low scoring affair.
