so glad you are on he road to recovery..last sunday was driving by my church St Catherines here in Austin.. as I drove by the mass was just ending.. Haven't gone to church in a few months due to the Corvid..my aunt had passed away a month ago and my best friends mother just passed away this week. So I pulled into the parking lot as people were exiting the church.. I ran inside into the foyer and they have a small room built like a cave with a figure of jesus praying.. its an offering room or prayer room I took out my wallet and all I had was a $20 bill. They have these small candles they ask for a $2 donation per candle to lite .. so I grabbed about 10-12 candles and spread them out.. then started to lite each one and and say a prayer for each person... I did my parents and sister 1st..then my recent aunt and uncle and best friends mother..then did a few of my uncles and aunts and grandparents. Thought about a few other people friends etc think I went over my allotment of $20 worth.. then I thought of you Betone.. forgot your 1st name Steve but remembered you are in Colorado. said a quick prayer for your recovery realizing I never met you or know you...was so glad to see you are doing better..I doubt very much a candle in Austin that flickerd for about an hour had anything to do with your recovery but as long as I believed it might that was good for me.. But we Catholics still feel guilty.. I know I exceeded the $2 candle rule because I think I lite about 12 or maybe even more ...so when this virus slows down will slip into that side room and throw a few more bucks in the till.
again glad you are doing better...just take it easy and listen to your wife ..its nice reading so may posts here about how much they care for you..its even nicer that in someway we are all connected yet if we bumped into each other we wouldn't recognize each other...
take care.. glad your back and now starting doing some capping...lol
