A driverless car delivers you the car for $25 then you take over and drive it and use it for as long as you want for 30 cents a minute, ($18 an hour). When you're done using the car, just disengage and it drives itself to the next person or goes back to home base.
If you have a few places planned that are off the beaten path in Vegas, this seems like a cheaper way to get around, and more convenient than a taxi or Uber.
