Raz, that's because your printer is a piece of shit!

J/K! I thought that would be an appropriate intro for you. :D

This could be a few things but first do this:

1. Click Start, Settings, and Printers.

2. Right-click on the printer icon and choose Properties.

3. Click Details tab (or Advanced).

4. Make sure that Print in Grayscale is UNchecked.

It's getting late so i will get back with you tomorrow. Take care!

Hmm, that's odd. Have you tried doing a functionality test on the cartridges? This test should produce black, yellow, cyan and magenta. You should be able to do that from the front panel of your printer.

Try that and holler back. Hey that kind of ryhmed.

FM, all it did was print black, is there a setting in the computer I may have overlooked or need to adjust?

TV, great story about Wang, 3 partners show up at the absolute auction of the company headquarters, approx. 1 mil. sq ft. w/tons of tax breaks attached by the city to kep wang in Lowell, Ma. they were the only ones who showed up, after much debate they bought the building for $550K, sold it a few years later for approx. $100 mil.

Now that is SWEEET!

well if the functionality test did not produce your colors, I would say you have a faulty cartridge perhaps.

Try getting another color cartridge or call HP's support number.

Hard to tell for me without looking at it. GL man!
