We can only believe what Trump says when it's convenient. Obviously we should not have believed him when he said he didn't have anything to do with Project 2025 or that he would bring the price of groceries down immediately or he's end the war in Ukraine before he was sworn in, etc.
Make a mess. Blame mess on Dems. Try to clean up mess. High five each other over that accomplishment.
I know the Dems are getting blowback for not stopping the chaos, but that's probably for the best (short term). One of these moves is going to be a complete disaster and it's going to cause serious political blowback. The Dems will get a chance to clean up the mess, they always do. This cycle just keeps repeating itself.

Anyone who believes campaign rhetoric such as “ I will lower prices of eggs immediately” is a fool.
Obviously, both sides spoke on campaign trail about helping on the inflation front. Where they differed was how to get there. Trump spoke of deregulation and lowering energy cost in an effort to promote lower consumer prices. The other candidate spoke of ending gouging by grocery stores lololol. So both plan to attack inflation, but from different angles. I’ll let you decide which one of those sounds like it would be more effective.
Beyond that, why would I even look at inflation 20 days after Trump took office? Do you really think that’s even reasonable?
I get it, you don’t like Trump. The reality is, I don’t like Trump either. my votes for/and against candidates has nothing to do with what I perceive of their personalities. Too many of you emotional beta types aren’t capable of compartmentalizing.
I’m hopeful that Trump is able to enact the majority of his platform I listed above . Unfortunately, Trump has to fight Republican Congress to get things done m, which is something that Democrat president don’t ever have to deal with.

My favorite Democrat would be the potus today, or at least vice president if liberals would have not installed vapid Kamala, or even if they had the sense to add shapiro to her ticket. They chose an insanely liberal pro Arab anti-Israel buffoon instead, and now you’re all stuck with DJT.
I would have still voted for DJT over Kamala with Shapiro as her vp, but not sure who I would’ve voted for if Shapiro would’ve been selected as the nominee. I think quite a few of my people were in the same boat.
I do like DJ T ripping off the band aid. I like to see establishment politicians squirm. I love to see the USA ID folks livid over being booted from their offices. Had DJT given them that 15 day grace period they expected, much of their digital footprint would have been wiped clean.

I bookmarked the national debt on the day Trump took office and if it’s not lower at the end of his term, then he did not do his job. I realize that Biden and now DJT are dealing with higher interest rates on that debt, but it’s their job to put us in a better position. Hopefully Democrats and establishment Republicans don’t interfere with the process. I am hopeful, if not confident that This radically different approach will be effective.
