On the course!
I like it. Simple and to the point.

I would suggest removing the part about "not being perfect". Not because you ARE perfect, but because it has a negative connotation, and you don't want that. (IMO)

simple and to the point. looks pretty good.

this stood out to me though.

" In addition to 60 Wal-Marts, we service 32 Bank of Americas, 20 Walgreens, 11 Targets, six grocery stores, two Academy Sports, 10 Dollar Generals"

why use #s and then spell out six and two and then go back to numbers.

just seemed odd to me

Personally it looks clean and great to me....The top picture is very effective but find a better one for the 2nd pic or at least have the web designer center it.

Also I would I would remove all the #'s !

Saying you're Walmarts largest snow contractor in the SW says volumes.

we are Wal-Mart?s largest snow contractor in the Southwest, servicing Wal-Marts in West Texas and New Mexico.

Looks a lot stronger to me...

In addition to Wal-Mart, we service Bank of America, Walgreens, Target, (LIST THE STORES HERE)grocery stores, Academy Sports, Dollar General, all the Alliance buildings in Lubbock, and many strip centers, churches and other customers.

I think leaving out the actual number gives it more credibility. Just my opinion...

Personally, I wouldn't publicly name my clients. But that's just the unspoken rule in my industry. I don't know how it works in the snowplowing business.

looks good

over here companys often include needed tax and other certificates (like your ASCA) on their pages
or links where you can check out if company has paid taxes and is included in needed registry's
(employees, licences etc.)

if you have contracts with public, city/state etc customers that would be great to mention.

i don't know if it's possible to pay google that searches from public sector addresses/computers
gets your company as a first a result ? they are too lazy to look any further...

good luck :0008

Here are a few discussion points I talk to prospective clients about concerning web.

What is the purpose of the site?

How will people find it?

What are you doing to promote the site both offline and online?

What is your SEO strategy?

What content management software was it built in? Can you easily make changes?

Is it responsive to mobile devices and tablets?

If you don't already have one, you should consider a free or paid presence on facebook. Many of my clients find FB to be more effective in achieving their goals than a tradition web presence.

Please don't read a negative tone in my questions. That certainly was not my intent. They are just a few things to think about.

Lots of good advice in here - In fact it is kind of scary to see this much good advice on MJ's General forum.

If it were me

I would have a home page that is short and sweet with what you do and your purpose and then would have links to these pages

Having all of the info on one page makes it like reading a newspaper printed on one sheet of paper - it gets too long. If you want to go to Sports - You go to the sports page. If you want to contact Dave, you go to the Contact us page

Kudos to all of the good suggestion makers.
