These two have had close encounters in the past and with the fact Gael has been out injured and isn't match sharp and into his rythm yet, I expect him to be sloppy here.

Benjamin has been serving up a storm and I believe he'll continue here. Good, deep, penetrating groundstrokes.

Over 21.5 games Monfils vs B, Becker @ 1.77 with Pinnacle X 2.5

Siding with Niculescu here. She's been in tremendous form, slicing and dicing away and I really feel she'll be too court savvy for Peng.

Watched Peng in the last round and was not impressed in the slightest. Dragging balls wide and timing all over the place.

Niculescu to beat Peng @ 2.5 with Bet365 X 3

These always have close tight encounters, I feel Bernard is being slightly over-rated here and Marinko under-rated. He's a good ball striker is Marinko and Bernard's victory over Novak doesn't immediately signify him as invincible.

Over 21.5 games tomic matosevic @ 1.76 with Pinnacle

Brilliant price for Kevin this one.

Feliciano isn't the same player now a days and really has lost a lot of confidence. Not being picked for the Spanish Davis Cup team couldn't have helped I don't imagine.

Kevin meanwhile has been on the up and has recaptured his serving form. Pounding groundstrokes with depth ATM is Kevin and I expect he should come through this one relatively unscathed.

Kevin Anderson to beat Feliciano Lopez @ 1.67 with Paddy Power X 4.5

Sloan is quite simply the better player, Vesina is jus in good form and the quality of opposition both have had to play have been substantially different.

Vesina has played doo-doo player's with the exception of Shvedova, who @ the moment is kind of playing like a doo-doo player.

Sloan is the more consistent from the back, the better shot-maker, the better athlete, has the better serve, counter-punches better and play's the big points better.

I don't see what case anyone can make for Vesnina.

Sloan Stephens to beat Elena Vesnina @ 1.92 with Pinnacle X 3

Julien is quite simply the better player for me, despite Kevin's serve, Julien has that extra bit of guile and movement. That extra zest in his game. Kevin has a great work ethic and serves really solidly but he's too flat footed off the ground and lacks control over his shots.

Julien's gotta pretty impressive record here, so the surroundings are familiar and bring back a positive state of mind for him.

Julien to take it.

Julien Benneteau to beat Kevin Anderson @ 2.31 with Pinnacle X 4

On the comeback trail and ready to really hit the hardcourt scene running. Big serve and shot-making game. He over-all should have way too much for James here.

Julian beat Dennis Kudla in the first round of qualies here only to follow that up with a relatively impressive win over the in-form and inspired to play for his Country Matt Reid. In Doha he pushed a big server in Daniel Brands to 3 sets and pretty much more or less all James can hurt player's with is his serve.

Julien Reister to beat James Ward @ 1.81 with Pinnacle X 4

READEROFTHEGAME's BET OF THE TOURNAMENT..................!!!!!!!!!!

Ignore this one @ your peril. I have one or two of these every slam. The US Open it was Errani to poop all over Vinci and @ this one it's Benjamin to poop all over Aljaz, but in dariah pooping fashion.

Benjamin always performs to his ability on the big stage, this is the big stage and he has 20 x the ability Bedene has.

Better more consistent server, better power through hitter, absolute thumping groundstrokes and much more solid @ the net too.

Bedene's a mediocre player, impressive forehand albeit, nothing much else there, can throw in the odd good serve, backhand is non-existent and he really doesn't play the big points well.

These odds are as generous for one reason and one reason alone. Aljaz beat Wawrinka in an extremely tight 2 sets a week or so ago and the traders including people also have suddenly labelled him good.

Becker's record @ the Aussie Open isn't great but that's because he's ran into Safin, Djokovic and co over the last few years. Losing out in 5 sets to some reason top names, bearing Djokovic who he went out to in straights.

Benjamin Becker to beat Aljaz Bedene in the first round of the Australian Open @ 2.20 with Ladbrokes or 2.18 with Pinnacle X 5
