As the owner of a business I thought you'd be more friendly towards your subscribers.
I just noticed that in 2013 I got 4 red cards, 3 from Jack and 1 from IE. What's that all about. Please explain the significance of a red card? How exactly does it work?

If so you might want to re-design that page because it shows red cards on it, go look.
