Just saw this thread and didnt read all of the post so if someone already brought up this point sorry...... In a court of Law I believe the person being prosecuted has the right to cross examine ANY witness that testifies against them.... so if the prosecuter uses the camera as a witness tell them you would like to question the witness... since it can't be done the Judge should rule that the picture be omitted as evidence. :shrug: I'm just saying

wife and I work to pay the bills, retirement money has not even been tapped into. its invested very conservatively in American Funds family which dates back to 1934, not worried at all, when the stock market crashes I will just buy more :shrug: I have been saving money for retirement since I was 18 years old :shrug:
