Road Trip Question.....

If I were to take a road trip across the country.......what is the one thing I should stop and see in your state? I'm working on my "Bucket List" and would eventually like to do something like this. It won't be anytime soon but at some point in my life before I die. :shrug:

Hundreds of miles of explorable ancient lava flows...explored it 40 years ago, probably still the same.

My back deck in St. George.....Brisket on the Smoker, Shipyard on Ice, Boombox playing '70;s, bonfire in the pit....In the Summer Special Guest get to use the "Off Deep Woods Spray"......In the Winter the wife will shovel the Walkway....:0008

A lot of people from Virginia would say something different than what I'm about to say with the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetery, Shenandoah mountains, CIA headquarters in Langley, George Washington's Home, etc. etc. etc.

However, the one thing I really enjoyed seeing with my wife was Luray Caverns in Virginia and they have some nice peaceful lodging around Luray. I would go there.

Really enjoyed the Caverns when we were in VA.....Only thing I didn't like was the bats buzzing my head....

I love caverns! We have a bunch around here that I have been to. Sports I'd hang out on your deck but I'm am 80's kind of music girl. Hawkeye I don't think Poon would like you talking for him as he doesn't care for me but I'd stop and say hi to you! It would be awesome on my adventures to meet anyone from MadJacks along the way!
