ok, i found out some details.
betroyal runs a call center for agents and other sportsbooks. kinda like a mall rents out kiosks (sp) (little booths) in the center of the mall.
turns out that one of the books/agents was running a scam unknown to betroyal. betroyal doesn't handle money transactions with the renta-books at all except they take a small 'per head' fee for using their facilities (phones/servers/whatever).
betroyal will try helping the person(s) that may have been scammed but it's not their responsibility.
BETROYAL IS NOT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN INVOLVED IN SCAMMING ANYBODY.
AND, i STILL haven't had ANYBODY report to me about a slow or no pay, EVER!
