Round 11. Ruiz, he is just trying harder and caught the giant with a big right at the end of the round.

the judges sure as hell took their time submitting the scorecards. that was about 3-4x as long as it should take.

this wont be popular, but i gave it to ruiz. 116-111 shows the hometown bias imo. ruiz didnt damage valuev, b/c nobody can damage valuev. but he hit him with the better punches in rounds, the overhand right, some combos even.

"the bunker"
You were very close to your draw!! :scared

i wouldn`t mind if these guys fought once a week....i`d play the draw every time and hit my share...

thank you for taking the time to keep me in the loop on this pillowfight, my friend ....

on to calderon/cazares....

well i am tispy and rooting for ruiz or a draw. i definitely gave him the late rounds and one of the earlier ones.

didnt pay much attention to middle rounds, but what i did see was valuev's jab landing and not much else, so id give him those rounds.

if i have scored or remained sober i probably would have had it a draw or 1-point win for ruiz. i look for the strong, clean punches, the best punches of the night were valuev's jab and ruiz's overhand right, and the winner of the round was whomever hit that better.

ah well, the important thing is the over came through, which was parlayed to hell with earlier bets, all ending with guzman. so now ive got a HUGE bet on Guzman, as you do weepaul. good luck my brother!

Poor Ruiz. He keeps getting recycled and losing tough one's. I watched from the 7th round on and Ruiz appeared to control the majority of those rounds.:0corn

btw did anyone try to play this one at a live betting forum? that was among the dullest line switches ive seen, no value whatsoever.

there might be value tonight on live betting, as the latter half could be calderon finding a perfect rhythm and cazares becoming discouraged, OR it could be like margo/cotto, where the pressure fighter finally started to catch the boxer. if we can catch the momentum swing at the right time we could get great lines.
