There is a "Panchos Mexican Buffet" on 183 in Hurst, TX. I would have to agree with Monk, don't know that I would call it Mexican. I do however, agree with Nolan in so far as sometimes, quality takes a backseat to quantity. Sometimes you just feel like feeding.
There used to be a "Golden Chick", three to be exact in the area where I work. They would have a lunch buffet of all you could eat chicken and chicken tenders along with potatos, veggies, mac and cheese, the standard fare at those type places. Anyway, we would get about 4-5 guys and go for lunch of which we only have about 45 minutes to get there and back and eat. Generally all that went are men of size and good eaters, plus they had this gay guy that worked there that would always take extra care of us.........not that there is anything wrong with that!!!! That was pretty tough on a couple of the boys at first but you have to eat your way through that.
We referred to it as "Chicken Holocaust". Well they systematically have shut down all three locations one by one. It's a modern day travesty. They are "Catfish Crossings" now. Who the hell eats catfish! ugh!
