Guess they both were wrong choice....wow thats bad

nice thing about 10 team PPR league ya rarely have to start either of these two.

Kap actually had a chance to help Lucy and kap did what kap does..

2-7 yard passes and then take a sac.

9ers free fall in the NFC West

ariz gets qb back..

seattle ready to destroy everybody

and St.LOu on their way to a 10 win season next year with any kind of healthy season

yea st Louis is going to be really good I think

they need a QB obviously which any team does, because I do no think Bradford is the long term answer. I haven't seen anything to make us think different. If you put a guy like Brees/Rivers on that team....doesn't even need to be peyton or rogers or brady....they will be a very hard out with the Defensive unit they have

Should be fun to see how it plays out

In our league we deduct for sacks, sans that the line isn't that closer.

Kap 174 yards = 6 pts
1 td=6, 2 int =(-4) for a total of 8 points

Sanchez 96 yards =3p ts
2 tds =12 pts 1 in [-2] for a total of 13
13> 8
And Kaepernick was playing Oakland compared to Sanchez's 4th or 5th start with philly against Seattle #1 defense?
So in reality it wasn't too close to call at all, Kaepernick really is that bad. He's not a viable fantasy qb nor nfl qb imo. I get that a fan such as addict is a fan, and he should root for him to be successful just as gjn can't help but to make an ass of himself.
In the end I still see nothing to disprove my original theory to not start kap unless forced to. Right Hudson?

Hope that helps,
FDC

I knew this would somehow turn into an anti-kaepernick thread again....

again, it has nothing to do with who is a better qb...

he asked for the better starter this week...regardless of experience....only using the circumstances that are now....I realize that sanchez only has started 4 or 5 and was playing #1 def. that is why I wouldn't have started him.....it seems you are wanting to compare long term value or fantasy value....he wanted one thing, and that was the better start for ONLY THIS week.

and in standard scoring leagues, KAP outscored sanchez.....by half point....so both were terrible calls

that is the most logical way to determine how a fantasy player did....standard scoring....subtracting for sacks is fine, but not usual

I could say that my league gives an extra 20 points to guys who have names starting with K......

Kap 31
sanchez 10

most weeks I would probably use sanchez over kap due to the offensive schemes they have in Philly....but I wouldn't have this one....has nothing to do with who I root for....I don't root for Kaep.....I just respect his physical ability.

either way, both sucked....sorry lucy hope you still have a shot at the belt.....hopefully you have enough around the QB position that you were able to make up points elsewhere

regardless, I wish ya luck lucy as well as FDC..........fantasy playoffs are here or will be next week, so hopefully decisions like this one are avoided for the crucial weeks

GL to both of ya

Our playoffs started this week for the wildcards (which was me). Looks like I'm out unless Jordy and Crosby can put up 65 points:dizzy: Not only had Sanchez and Kap QB problem but ran into a guy that played Beckham, Harvin and A. Williams so didn't really matter who I had a QB.

But still going to bash Kap for being a joke of a QB. Remind me how good Kaepernick is again:mj07:

Addict,
I didn't count for sacks in my previous post. In our league is a point for every 25 yards, 6 for a td, and minus 2 for interceptions. Scoring that way, you're correct, they both sucked but Sanchez sucked a itty bit less. Wasn't trying to get on you my friend or Kaepernick. I promise. Neither are my favorite qbs but there is something about crosstown rivalries that put me way off Kap. However you're right, neither was good.

Here's the funny thing. I'm in two leagues, playoffs started this week. I kill it with stafford, murray, A. Foster, Detroit defense and my kicker..... but Graham 5 pts, Marshall 9 pts, D Thomas 3 pts, s. Bailey got me 6. Now in both leagues I'm waiting on Aaron Rodgers who's going against me in both leagues. Of all the frigging players it has to be him that could potentially knock me out of both playoffs. The irony of being a bears fan! I'm up 36 and done in league 1 and up 20 with Jordy Nelson to go for me and Rodgers and packer d for him. Thank goodness is a ppr league.
Did i mention I hate Aaron Rodgers right now! Lol

Good luck boys!
