Rex,

I also came up with L.A. Only thing that worries me is Odalis coming off the DL.
Otherwise, L.A. on a 4 game winning streak where they have won their 5th 3 times this year and lost the 5th game twice. They are rollling right now and are 6-7 vs leftys this year on the road.
They're going against an Az. squad that has lost 5 straight. They are 2-1 when trying to break the 5 game losing streak. However, Az. is only 2-11 at home vs. leftys this year which is worse than they were last year vs. leftys.
Let's give the Dodgers a shot.

Milw./Cubs pretty even.

Texas has won 2 straight and when going for their 3rd straight have gone 2 wins and 5 losses ( surprising)
Texas is only 4-5 vs leftys at home this year.

Toronto on the other hand is on a 4 game losing streak and this year have gone 3-1 when trying no to lose their 5th game!
Only drawback for the Bluejays is this year they are 11-16 vs. righties on the road which is worse than last year vs righties away.
May give Toronto a shot to break the losing streak since they are 3-1 when faced with this situation this year. If Texas loses they still have one more game to come back with a win on Sunday.

I also like St. L and K.C. based on these same scenarios.
Good luck Sun.

Ah, liquid courage is a wonderful thing, isn't it?.... :142lmao: Just be glad you don't have a penchant for the ponies :nooo: I woke up on the couch one night with Australian horse racing on the TV and the computer on. I knew then it wasn't good, and upon further investigation, it seems I bet a couple hundred on a horse in damn Australia, where there was like 20 in the field and they run around the track the wrong way. I wouldn't have know if this horse even had a name or four legs, and it's possible he didn't, as I discovered my splendid pick was at 40-1 on the board. Let's just say I haven't done that since. :nono:

Really like your picks......My Blue Jays are just brutal anymore, and the Dodgers are really rolling.

Have a good one. ;)

Just be glad you don't have a penchant for the ponies...

Believe it or not Sharky horses are what got me addicted to gambling at age 13.....I used to spend my allowance at Santa Anita....my grandfather used to own and run horses....I dont go out like I used to but I used to videotape the races and watch the rides and take notes....had the Racing Form all marked up each day....then I also moved next door to Trevor Denman for 5 years and became good friends with him....used to party at his house...he loves Beer and Boxing.....I was also thinking about becoming an announcer a while back and I used to hang out in his booth and get tips...anyways...I live about 10 mins from Santa Anita now but have been trying to concentrate on sports more than ponies....until they get a casino installed here :scared

Rexy......Sorry, I had no idea you were into the horses a bit. And you've partied and hung out in the booth with Trevor Denman?? Now THAT is cool. :142hail: "And awwwaaayyyy they go......." I love that line. I would love to see Santa Anita....looks like a beautiful spot. I was at Arlington Park last year, and that's one of the more beautiful places I've seen.
My Dad and uncle own and train standardbreds (more of a hobby for them), so I've sort of grown up around them. They've had a few good ones, but mainly just race in the local "B" tracks. Actually just back from my uncle's farm now......they were jogging horses when I pulled the cooler from my trunk. What? I'm on vacation.....
I hear ya though, I'm trying to stick to sports more now. It's pretty easy to get carried away at the track.....

Good Luck on the plays again.
