Almost everybody I know that gambles has learned the hard way when it comes to money management and chasing. This is the 3rd or 4th time like this. I hope it does not happen again, and that you stop gambling like you said you would if this play did not win. Best of luck to you.

honolulu, Hi, USA
Nickelback - You are right on about Hawaii. As previously stated, I love my hometown team but I usually pick and choose my plays with them. Believe me, this Hawaii team has the makings of something special this year - they gel nicely and play team ball. I just hope they can continue their winning ways. For more info on the team, see this week's Sports Illustrated (the one with Jason Kidd on the cover) and you'll understand why these guys love each other. I will continue to give my $.02 worth from time to time on my Hawaii. Hopefully, my local angle/insights will help people on this forum.

Hello there - only saw this post this morning. Had I seen it earlier, I would have told you to pass this game. Overall, it was a good play on your part but the X factor was Hawaii. I knew they were pointing towards this game and were focused but never did I expect them to win outright. Here's wishing you the best as I'm sure you'll be able to pick yourself up. Good luck.

damn, everything aside, this just hurts to read. I understand where Teddy is coming from and he is right. I don't think he is kicking hello there while he is down, but how many lessons will it take before someone learns? Don't bet beyond your means. Money management! A "sure thing" or a "lock" does not exist. Hello there, there are so many knowledgable people on this site. Watch them, listen to them, and learn. I hope you rebound from this.
