Agree. Some books thats a loss also. What book is the 2nd leg? And a push?
That's true. I have seen that scenario where it is a loss. I would like to know what book(s) give you that advantage of getting the 2nd leg win. I don't generally play teasers, but a book that is willing to give players that advantage likely provides others that may be useful. FWIW - these are the rules from my primary book:
"With teasers it works similar to parlays (i.e., a 3-team teaser with one push and two winning selections drops down to a 2-team teaser). However, a teaser cannot be reduced to a straight bet, which means:
any 2-team teaser with a win and a push will result in the entire bet pushing (no action).
any 2-team teaser with a loss and a push will result in a loss.
Also, Special Teasers (10 points for football / 8 points for basketball) do not allow the number of teams to be reduced at all, so on those, any push + win will result in the entire bet pushing."
