How do you explain Clinton's impeachment by the House. Prior to that little number the democratic controlled House turned a blinds eye to Bush I, Reagan. I would agree that the unwritten rule you are talking about applied before Newt et al threw down the gauntlet but after that it was all out war.

By the way, fellow centrists, I apologize for opening up a Pandora's box by asking Wayne to explain Clintons impeachment. May I fall a thousand times on a rusty sword. Father forgive me I know not what I do.

Eddie, no need to apologize. We have heard about Clinton lying about a bj at least three times for every sin Bush/Cheney have committed.

DTB as a student of pardons I find it interesting that you never mention how Old Man Bush actually pardoned himself when he pardoned Weinberger.

I am disappointed in FOX news on this one. As Cheneys name has gotten more news in this case. The less I hear about it on FOX. So I'm forced to go to CNN, MSNBC, CBS for updates. But per Fox there not fair and balanced. So then why doesn't Fox give it that fair and balanced right spin so we can here the real truth. :shrug: :SIB
