YES! I don't come here to make friends so if people dislike me, oh well. I don't need respect from posters here because whether I post my PLAYS or MY OPINIONS I always back it up with analysis. For my plays, I always kept DETAILED record whether I won or lost. The reader can decide for themselves if my posts are BS or LEGIT. If you think they are BS, then simply IGNORE ME and DON"T READ MY POSTS! Those who just post there opinion or a play need respect to justify no analysis to support their statement.

Funny. Last year I hedged few thousand on OU to offset my USC futures wager and locked up thousands. All season long with my handicapping I bought back bets and all documented. The only thing that wasn't documented was my Texas 2h wager and that is because I was at the fawking game. Funny thing is, I told everyone if USC was down 7pts to Texas, I prob. was going to buy back my bet. GUESS WHAT! USC was down 6 at halftime. On top of all that, I even provided screen shot of my wager. ON TOP OF THAT I volunteered to give MJ himself my betting ticket # to verify it with Pinnacle.

I re-read the wager and have to say that you don't have a leg to stand on. It isn't Judges fault the Gable was moved to a different position. The bet wasn't about Gable, you never put a disclaimer in saying anything of the sort. You were banking on something that changed, something we all have no control over. If I make a bet on Cleveland Cavs and feel it is a strong wager because LeBron is tops in a certain category, I can't go back and cancel the wager if I find out he is suspended before tip-off. I can bet the other side and lose the juice, but you don't have that option. I would think any reasonable person would see this. Do the right thing and pay the wager off if it loses. You can't make your own rules after the fact and after the bet was accepted.

It was a friendly and unique wager and I find it hilarious how serious posters are taking this. You cannot compare this wager to a sports bet. I agree that I lose out if a USC verbal gets downgraded. I will not lose out because SCOUT changes a players position. You can clearly see that I mentioned gable repeatedly and he was currently ranked #6 RB in the country. it is simple as that. The only thing I agreed to was we go by the final rankings of scout but that was based on players getting downgraded. (which moody did and I accept) A player taken off the list completely is not acceptable and I will not lose based on that technicality.
