Purdue Boilermakers (7-5) vs. Central Michigan Chippewas (8-5)
Site: Ford Field - Detroit, Michigan
Purdue struggle, dropping their last three games at the end of the season. Meanwhile, Central Michigan won four of its last five. But, Purdue faced much tougher opponents in the Big Ten.
The Boilermakers have not been successful in Bowl games, suffer defeat in six of the last seven, but have won the last five games against MAC teams. Go with the Boilermakers, they are a superior team and have won and covered the spread in the last three clashes versus the Chippewas, including 45?22 win back in September. Look for Purdue?s offense led by Curtis Painter to be in control. Central Michigan vulnerable defense will have a big task against the Boilermakers passing game.
