They're at it again. I can't find my last thread but I was told $18.16 per month forever. No more increases again. EVER!

Just got a charge for $21.38. I know it's only 3 bucks but that's not the point.

So I had to go to online chat and they immediately put me back to where I was and credited me the difference. How many million people were charged extra this month and how many millions did they steal?

At one time they tried to hit me for $79 a month!

Just think how many times shit like that happens around the World. Think how many companies there are on Earth, and just think how many do this exact thing.

If I had to guess if you added 3 dollars to 10 million of your customers bills every month, only about 75-80 percent would even notice. Think how much "free money" that is for the company.
