Great stuff Kid. I just follow you on Concacaf. I don't do in game, but nice work.

I tried to get the over in for your game but my book wouldn't take it!!

Pulisic is the future of USA soccer. Problem is he is not going to play at Dortmund that much unless someone gets hurt. They just have too many in front of him. He needs to play somewhere. Dortmund had offers (Liverpool wanted him), but they don't want to get rid of him. I am not sold on Morris. If he was serious about his career he should not have signed in the MLS. Just don't see him developing into an elite player in the MLS. Bobby Wood did the right thing and his career has taken off.

Starting work on Germany for the weekend since that has been my bread and butter so far. Should have a few good plays in both divisions.

Absolutely killed the Honduras game. I'll get an added total up later. Thanks for kind words Bason. I agree he needs to play but trainings daily will help a bit but not as much as playing. I think Morris has the ability but just a matter of putting it together.

Well, 2 goals scored early....1-1 at halftime. Hoping I can get at least one 2nd Half goal and would love it to be from Chicago.

When is there more World Cup qualifying?

Thanks everyone

Thanks everyone

Fellas above. Truly touching that those of you who have done so have taken the time to even write your appreciations of what I do and Bason since he joined my thread a while back. Its truly awesome that someone thinks this thread and talk could be one of the sharpest on the net. Makes the time and effort I put forth so worth it..

I have always been of the opinion that if you made a thread on this site you open yourself up for questions, comments, and opinions. Thats just my view and I try to have it in a way where its conversation among all. I truly believe if you have a thread and someone goes out of there way to ask a question or contribute the person who made the thread should be responding in some form at some point to a acknowledge ion or question. I say that because If youre selling something and you want someone to buy or follow and you dont answer or reply I think you lose credibility. In this case you are posting to not only share your knowledge on capping a certain sport but also to have people follow and help them make money. I always try to respond to each and every comment, sometimes a few together because sometimes my mind and think gets changed from other viewpoints like bason and other contributors.

I know people get busy and life happens but it happens to me as well, and with me teaching all day then coaching all night this time of year its hard to find time for this stuff... but with people who really care it makes it worths it to post the bet i make. posting takes 2-3 minutes at most, not too long at all. If I dont post I am not betting. I will post all I can and even if i cant post like with USA -1 i still told everyone to pound that live if that line became available. I see way TOO many threads on this site where people ask genuine questions in someones thread and its never even acknowledge. I know not everyone is the same but man I would feel awful to ignore someone taking their time to come into my thread, positively or negatively because as I said if your posting youre opening yourself up to both sides within reason.. obviously name calling and such is overboard but casually asking about someones plays seems ok and their thought process... I just hate when scrolling through threads and seeing someone ask about a play hours before a game and then that person posts later in the thread and just totally ignored the person ..

Although it seems a lot are like that so maybe im in the minority with that thinking? ANYHOW EVERYONE I LOVE THE BACK AN FORTH AND CONVERSATIONS LETS KEEP IT UP... I TRULY HOPE MAYBE BEERS AND DRINKS WITH ANY OF YINZ ARE IN ORDER IF IN THE SAME TOWN.. I'LL BE IN CLEMSON IN NOVEMEBER FOR PITT GAME, JAMAICA IN APRIL FOR SPRING BREAK AND ANYWHERE ELSE I'LL LET YINZ KNOW..

With that said HUGE first conference game tomorrow for my girls, #1 VS #2 preseason in conference going to ba
ttle.. we are 2-1 overall heading in with lone loss to bigger school in bigger classification.

PS sorry for the soap box

reminder man u u is pending for saturday still..

first MLS game with draw is a loser. lets go salt lake for a small profit

I concur with Kid. Great to have conversations. I do my best to post when I can. This type of thread is rare, so I will keep posting as long as I can. I also yield to Kid if I disagree, which remarkably, does not happen that often. I love the interaction, especially since we have very different betting styles. I have been gambling for a long time ( I think I am at least 20 years older than Kid) and soccer is by far my most profitable sport.

I read many, many German and European newspapers, etc. since their coverage is 10x better than anything we get here. It's essential to good European capping in my experience. Know that a lot of research typically goes into my league plays, especially Germany, even though I may not write a lengthy write-up. I also try not to bet too many games. This is something that has evolved over the years. I used to bet a ton of games and change my bet sizes like crazy. Lets just say that lessons have been learned. I will post which games I play larger and those plays are limited (think I have had 2 so far, similar to Kid's 10X bets).

Should have Germany up this evening. Having some trouble narrowing down the plays.

Almost 20 years! One year short. Hopefully you just won your game!!

Posting everything I like in Germany, too many 2nd division plays but I like them all and so far have been good in that league.

Bundesliga 2

Stuttgart is the play tomorrow. Little pricey at -160. These teams are close to each other but rarely play because Heidenheim has been down for so long. I also think the over looks good here, so may be worth a parlay especially if you don't want to lay the 160.

On Saturday, I once again like both home teams, especially at plus money since I can not see both losing: St. Pauli +140 and Berlin +125. Both teams have been disappointments and underperformed so far, especially St. Pauli. Its early but St. Pauli needs to win this game, so I am going a little larger on them.

Sunday, will be a Hannover play at -135. I said at the beginning of the season that they would be a popular play all season long. They are the best team in the second division in my opinion. Only thing that scares me is that this line should be at least -160 to me. Dresden is recently promoted and not nearly as talented. Also throwing a little on the Furth/Dusseldorf ov2.5. Only a play because both had tons of opportunities last week and think they both find the net this week.

Bundesliga

This may turn some heads, but I like Freiburg +.5 -120. Gladbach on paper is a much better team, but historically they struggle against the Black Forest. Plus, Gladbach has to go to Man City for the champions league on Tuesday. I will be surprised if they win this game and its my favorite this week in the Bundesliga.

I also like Wolfsburg -115. Line is low given history with Koln, but Gomez is back and I think this is a big advantage for them in this game and I smell a win.

Going to wait to see Leverkusen line up. They should easily win this game, especially after their loss last week, but they could be missing their top 3 strikers so will wait to see who, if anyone, is healthy. They also have champions league on tap at home Wed.

Stuttgart line dropped significantly overnight. I can not find a primary reason for this. Heidenheim's leading scorer is actually out now. I don't like big moves like this, but I am sticking with the play.

Great posts--love it.

One thing I do that is not like most people....or don't do...

I don't do the smart phone thing. I have a flip phone....had my last one for 11 years and they told me it wouldn't work anymore...so I paid $10 and got another one....had my current phone for almost 5 years now. I talk, text, and use it as a calendar and alarm.....$20/month lol

So the only time I'm online is occasionally at work and sometimes when I'm at home....desktop too, not even a laptop...so if I don't get back to people/conversations...that's probably why.

But I love the conversations just as much as the info I get from this site.

Man U PK 15* to win 10* don't see anyway United lose this game. Worst case I see a push.

Just took Sporting KC -180

What does "Sporting" mean? Like, a nickname or sort of like a club? I'm looking forward to at least sort of keeping up with the MLS playoffs...which I've never ever done before..

9/10-9/11

9/10-9/11

EPL
Bournemouth/WBA 1* to win 2.2*
Burnley/Hull 1* to win 2.1*+1 2.6*
Middlesbrough/Palace 1* to win 2.1*
Leicester/Liverpool draw 1* to win 3*
Leicester 2.6* to win 2*
Leicester FH +.5 3* to win 2*
Leicester +1.5 4* to win 2*

Not big on Leicester this year as of now.. but feel this lie is absurd for a team like Liverpool that is so inconsistent like Liverpool with a defense that struggles to keep clean sheets

Chelsea FH 1* to win 1.2*
Chelsea to score first AND win 2.8* to win 2*
Chelsea 4.8* to win 3*

Really wanted to take Swansea in this game +1.5 because I thought this was a game Chelsea could get caught or sneak out a win... but the more I read and think about stuff I dont see anything Swansea did to improve this off-season and it shows early with some struggles...

La Liga

Atletico Madrid 13* to win 10*
Atletico -1 3* to win 4.5*
Atletico TT over 1.5 2* to win 2.4*
Atletico to record shutout 1* to win 1.4*

Much like Arsenal 2 weeks ago I think this is a must must win for Atletico. I think they win this game 2-0 with a very pragmatic victory as usual. Solid defense and just enough offense for the boys to get the win

Prop

Atletico wins 2- 0 1* to win 5.5*

Bundesliga - taking a page from Bason but Like a game here

Dortmund 3.6* to win 2*

Serie A

only one line stood out to me. Crotone and Empoli are both bottom of the table with 0 points but empoli is -180 over the newly promoted Crotone. Think this tells me that this could line up as a nice victory for the home squad.. This game is on Monday...

Empoli 5.4* to win 3*

MLS

Columbus is having a terrible year but think this game lines up well for them

Columbus 4.2* to win 3*
Timbers 3.9* t win 3*
