We are off to states!! A very different game than were used to, we played mostly 1-0 1-1 2-1 type games but won 4-3 . Down 3-2 with 15 left , tied it with 14 left and won it with 4 left! First round of states November 6th! Once this is done I?ll have way more tome to focus on capping but for me this is an exciting time. Sorry to clog up the thread with stuff that no one really knows about ha

Oh that?s awesome!! So you understand the classifications Of PA and such. Did you graduate from ligonier? Our boys won single A district championship last night in shootout. First public school to win A in 10 years, love when private/catholic schools lose. Can?t stand how they cherry pick communities for their best players and then act like they developed such a good team.

I left the year before I went to high school so I did not graduate from there.

PA probably has the most complicated HS classifications of anywhere in the country. The fact that you have privates and publics together is kind of nuts by itself but the fact that you can play in different classifications for different sports is totally nuts. Privates and publics should be in different leagues in my opinion since privates can recruit. In Maryland they are completely separate and the privates are not part of the state championships.

Ligonier had a football team simply forfeit against them this year rather than playing them because they said it was not fair for them to be in the same classification (truth is they did not want to get beat 66-0). I think Ligonier has like 170 boys total in the school!!

Oh it?s crazy how everyone is together it?s totally unfair how these private schools must pound teams in all sports and openly recruit at times. It?s an unbelievable advantage. Which is why I LOVE seeing public schools win anytime I can against them. It?s funny you mention different classifications because at the school I coach at our girls are AA and our boys are A just because of the amount of students for each sex in the school. 170 boys prob is AA?

I?m not sure how you can feel accomplished as a team or coach when win against public schools to trophies when you can hand pick players to come to your school. Vein a public school building up the program from youth to Hs and such is the accomplishments i can respect. Not taking another commuters best players after 8th grade and you had nothing to do with their development!!

Side note, Napoli FH!!!! Nice win to start weekend !

This is a very somber yet interesting situation considering the death of the Leicester owner in the helicopter crash. Wouldn't we all expect Leicester to play inspired football? I heard an interesting take this morning....an angle on under the bookings prop, based on sentimentality and respectful play between the two teams. Last I checked, Bo didn't have a bookings prop available, but it sounded like a reasonable argument to play the under.

I want to take Cardiff but i just don?t know how Leicester reacts to this game. The owner was extremely well liked From all I hear. Or are they slumped to a draw down emotion ..

Anyhow how about wvu women?s last night with a Big win and Louisville hammering New York 5-1 to start me 3-0 This weekend. Hopefully
