Full marks to spurs. I did not see that coming at halftime., Ajax has only themselves to blame.. up 3-0 with 45 left ..: i didn?t see the game but can?t imagine how they allow that at HOME

Spurs subbed in Wanyama and Llorente for 2H, turned it into a physical game. Ajax became very uncomfortable and started getting caught up in personal battles on the pitch. All the while I still thought Ajax was advancing until the 95'. Crazy, just crazy. Happy as a Spurs fan as it were...

Thanks vig. Makes sense. When a team is more talented than you you have to muddy up the game a little bit and see if the other team responds to the physicality.. I?ve had my teams do the same thing when playing more a finesse team.

Played that first leg is one of the main reasons this was so big even though they lost 3-0 they were better large portions of that match, if you would just see the scoreline you?d never be able to make that connection..
